2006 Pooley Sparkling Pinot Noir Cuvée
Pooley Sparkling Pinot Noir has a limited production of numbered bottles. This is an unusual red Pinot sparkler – lighter, fresher and more versatile than its big sparkling Shiraz cousins, with an appealing degree of youthful fresh fruitiness that others so often lack.
Produced in exceptional years only, this is an exciting wine that sells out quickly.
Winemaking Notes
The wine is held in the bottle on tirage lees for two years prior to disgorgement.
